Refund & Reprint Policy

Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and reprints for custom apparel and DTF transfer orders.

Custom Orders Policy

Because all garments, hoodies, and DTF gang sheets are custom printed to your specific designs, dimensions, and quantities, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the production process has begun.

Print Defects & Errors

We take pride in our print quality. If we make a mistake on your order (such as printing the wrong design, printing on the incorrect shirt color/size, or a physical manufacturing defect), we will gladly reprint the affected items at no cost or issue a store credit.

To qualify for a free reprint or credit, please notify us within 3 business days of pickup or delivery. We will require photos and/or return of the defective items for inspection before processing.

Client-Provided Artwork Waiver

As outlined in our AI Artwork Print Submission Waiver, we print files exactly as they are submitted. No refunds, credits, or reprints will be issued for defects caused by the inherent quality limitations of the submitted file, including:

  • Low resolution (under 300 DPI) or blurry graphics
  • Stray pixels, non-transparent edges, or background halos
  • Color shifts due to RGB-to-CMYK conversion
  • Sizing errors if files were grouped incorrectly in gang sheets

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled for a refund if production has not yet started. Once blank garments have been ordered or transfers have been printed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
