Submit your designs (transparent PNG, SVG, or PDF) at 300 DPI. Use our simple gang sheet builder or send individual files. We review every design before printing.

2. We Print & Cure

We use dual-head commercial printers to lay down rich CMYK color backed by high-opacity white ink. The roll passes through precision heat curing for maximum durability.

3. Local Pickup or Express Ship

If you are in Las Vegas, pick up your order directly from our local facility to save time and shipping fees. Otherwise, we ship nationwide with overnight and rush options.

4. Press & Peel Instantly

Press the transfer onto any fabric (cotton, poly, nylon, etc.) at 300°F for 10-15 seconds. Peel the hot-peel film immediately for a vibrant, soft, retail-ready finish.

Our bulk packages start at just 12 t-shirts. As your order size increases (24, 48, 100+), the cost per shirt decreases dynamically, allowing you to lock in the highest profit margins for your merchandise or event.

Yes, you can mix sizes (S through 5XL) freely. However, to keep the bulk discount rate, the print graphic and print placement should remain the same across the batch. If you need to print completely different designs, we recommend grouping them onto a DTF Gang Sheet to keep costs low.

We offer full-service sourcing for high-quality blank garments from top brands (Next Level, Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Shaka Wear, Independent Trading). If you already have your own garments, please contact production to check if they are suitable for DTF heat press application.
